26th Annual Parade of Homes

The 26th annual Parade of Homes features 18 newly constructed , quality – built homes in Grand Jct., Montrose, Delta, Cedaredge, Palisade and Fruita. It will be open from September 8th through September 16th for touring, offering residents and visitors an opportunity to see what is novel and innovative in the homebuilding industry. The Parade of Homes is presented by the Housing and Building Association of Northwestern Colorado, the Uncompahgre Vallley Chapter and Alpine Bank.

The “Spanish Trail” is a single level home strategically placed in Roubideau Subdivision to capture the incredible Grand Mesa views. The master suite welcomes you with Grand Mesa views, its own deck access, generous round double-headed shower and a spacious walk-in closet. This split floor plan was built for the Parade of Homes in 2007, and features two large outdoor living environments for relaxing in the mild climate of western Colorado.
