Lane Construction began as a small construction company in 1992, focusing on the highest quality workmanship in custom built homes, remodels and rural farm improvements. Our dream was to put together a team with the knowledge and desire to build quality, sound, beautiful homes---and to build those homes as though we were going to live in them!

Over the past 15 years we have come to realize our dream and work with a Trusted Trade Team. We work together to deliver homes that we would be happy to live in. Our company works well with our trades to build expertly for everyone from the first time homebuyers, growing families and active retirees.

Bob and Roxann’s goal is to provide family-oriented, well-designed custom homes in Montrose, Delta and Mesa County Communities. We use energy saving materials and employ construction practices to ensure Energy Star and Built Green standards are met or exceed the industry standards. In fact, the ratings on our homes are above the recommended scores for these standards!

We feel attention to detail from the architectural design to the decorating details is key in making your desired dream home or remodel all it is hoped to be.

Bob was born and raised in Montrose and has been committed to outstanding service for over 15 years. Roxann adds a “woman-centered design” to each home, providing a simple, efficient and elegant home for the cost-conscious homeowner.
